Blood on The Mats II: Enter The Ruins

Anyone entering the property MUST HAVE A TICKET.

If you are bringing a friend who is not competing or attending the seminars, they must have a Spectator Pass.

Anyone without a ticket will be charged $50 at the gate, cash only. Avoid this extra fee by purchasing a Child or Adult spectator pass prior to travel.

DETAILS:

The competition on Saturday is Gi Only.

This is an absolute (no weight classes) submission only ruleset, with a ref decision after time limit is reached with no submission.

The competition Saturday night is a No-Gi Invitational.

Why are you asking my weight on the registration form?

If the white or blue belt gi brackets get too big, we reserve the right to separate them into an over 200lbs and under 200lbs bracket.

The winners of the gi tournament in each division will automatically qualify for the outdoor, evening Enter The Ruins: No-Gi Invitational.

The remaining spots will be filled with competitors selected by Devotion staff based on performance in the gi tournament.

AFTER-PARTY:

The after-party will begin at the conclusion of the No-Gi Invitational, located in The Ruins. There will be a cash bar as well as a keg provided by Devotion. Any out-of-control intoxication will not be tolerated. Anyone who is acting like this will receive one warning - if behavior continues they will be removed from the property.

CAMPING:

All attendees who purchase The ULTRAS VIP Pass can check in to the property at 4:00 PM EST on Friday, August 9.

Check out will be 11:00 AM EST on Sunday, August 11.

Camping spots are located next to Devotion Jiu-Jitsu. 

These are primitive camping spot set-ups, no power hookups (can use power from gym to charge phones etc if needed.)

Grill on-site at gym can be used to cook, fire pit will also be available. Bottled water will be available in the fridge at the gym and more can be brought in if needed.

Attendees will ONLY BE ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS ON THE PROPERTY.

Any violations of clear-set boundaries will result in immediate expulsion from the property, no refund given.

Campers will receive directions and other materials needed after registration.

ATTIRE AND OTHER RULES:

This is not a political event, and it is open to the public, your attire should reflect that.

Be respectful of others at the event and of the space itself.

You are visiting someone else's home, act accordingly.

If you do not, you will be asked (told) to leave and will not be given a refund.

REFUNDS:

You can request a refund for any reason, no questions asked, until June 1. 

After June 1 absolutely no refunds will be issued for any reason.
